Introduction

This is a recipe that I put together. My family loves it. Can easily be varied to suit different tastes. This is a recipe that I put together. My family loves it. Can easily be varied to suit different tastes.

Ingredients

    1 llb. ground beef, extra lean; browned and drained
    46oz 100% Vegetable juice
    *6 beef boullion cubes
    2 C beef broth
    2 Cans dark red kidney beans (15 3/4 oz? each)
    1 Can light read kidney beans (15 3/4oz?)
    1/2 head cabbage, chopped
    1 C carrots, chopped
    1/4 C celery, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    *can omit; I added before I found I had broth in the freezer

Directions

Pour broth and juice in large stockk pan. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer under vegetables are tender.
