Ingredients

    Beef, round steak, 1 lb
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, strips or slices
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    *Potato, raw, 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    *Soup, beef broth bouillon and consomme, canned, condensed, commercial, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
    Canned Tomatoes, 1 can
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp

Directions

Makes 6 1 cup servings. Cut meat into 1 in. pieces, or purchase stew meat. Brown the meat in a nonstick skillet. Add all ingredients to a Dutch oven or slow cooker. Cook for 1-3 hours until vegetables are tender.
