Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove)
Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)
Salt, 1 dash (remove)
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)

Directions
mix all wet ingredients in the blender ,mix well and add sugar and vanilla then mix again tell sugar dissolved
in a bowl shake flour , baking powder , baking soda and salt and mix them well
add wet mixture to dry one and stir well then add raisins
it makes 24 cupcackes use tbsp to fill
then bake them in hot oven at 180 c for 15 - 20 minutes
