brown ground beef and onions. drain any excess fat. return meat to pan on low, add garlic chili powder and oregano until flavors are blended. heat oven to 350. on toritilla shells add equal amounts of beans, beef and corn (warmed). add enchilada sauce with tomatos and sprinkle with cheese. cook for appox 20 minutes or until enchiladas are warmed through. recommend covering with foil while cooking so tortillas do not dry out. [also i only ate 1/2 the enchilada with side dishes and that was plenty and reduces calories]
