Introduction

Ingredients


    DRY
    * Old Fashioned Oats, 2 cups
    * Salt, 1 tsp
    * Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    * Baking Soda, 1 tsp

    WET
    * Unsweetened Apple Sauce, 1 cup
    * Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    * Mayonaise, 1/4 cup
    * Natural Peanut Butter, 1.5 cup
    * Splenda, 1 cup
    * Brown Sugar, 1 cup, unpacked

Directions

Use a food processor to grind oats into flour.

Blend wet ingredients.

In a separate bowl, sift dry ingredients.

Add dry ingredients to wet and blend until mixed.

Roll dough into balls. Place onto cookie sheet. Flatten with fork. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Splenda will make the cookies brown quickly on the bottom.
