Introduction

This is not a healthy item, but if you are craving caramel apples, it's a great way to have a little at a time. I make a batch & share it with friends. Then eat a tablespoon with an apple for a great fall treat. This is not a healthy item, but if you are craving caramel apples, it's a great way to have a little at a time. Ingredients

    16 oz caramels, unwrapped
    14 oz cal sweetened condensed milk
    1 stick oleo

Directions

melt in microwave, stirring every 2 minutes for 3-5 minutes (depending on strength of microwave. Until smooth. Let cool & dip cut apples. Enjoy! (I do 1 tablespoon since it's so rich, not the healthiest thing, but better than a whole caramel apple from the store!)
