BAKE POTATOES AT 400 FOR 1 HOUR OR UNTIL TENDER PELL REDUCE OVEN TEMP. TO 350 BEAT POTATOES ORANGE JUICE, NUTMEG AND GINGER IN A LARGE MIZING BOWL AT MED. SPEED WITH AN ELECTRIC MIZER WNTIL SMOOTH.
