Ingredients

    17 oz boneless/skinless chicken thighs
    1 cup sweet onion, chopped
    150 g. green pepper, chopped
    1 oz. sun bird cho suey seasoning mix
    2 T kikkomon soy sauce
    1/2 cup water
    1 can Dynasty cut baby corn, drained and rinsed
    1 cup LaChoy Fancy Slice Water Chestnuts, drained and rinsed
    1 T Bertolli Cassico Olive Oil, mild taste

Directions

Makes 7-1 cup servings

1)Mix seasoning mix with 2 T. soy sauce and 1/2 cup water, set aside.
2)Cut pepper and onion into strips. Then cut chicken into strips.
3)Heat 1 T olive oil in pan. Add chicken and brown.
4)Add pepper and onion and cook 1-2 min.
5)Add water chestnuts and baby corn, cook anoter 2 min.
6)Add seasoning mix and cook 1 min.
7)Serve over rice.
