Introduction

We wanted to have a "big salad" night. This was what I came up with that I had on hand. I think the sodium calculation is a little high as I rinse the black beans. My husband says to keep it. You could add baked tortillas for more crunch, but not needed. Filling. We wanted to have a "big salad" night. This was what I came up with that I had on hand. Ingredients

    1 bag Dole Classic Romaine Salad
    1 6oz package Oscar Mayer Southwestern Chicken Breast Strips
    1 can Ranch Style Black Beans, rinsed and drained
    1/2 c Oikos's Greek Yogurt, plain, fat free
    6 Tbsp salsa (low cal low sodium)

Directions

Makes 2 large servings

Pour salad in bowl, top with chicken strips and black beans. Mix salsa and yogurt together, toss with other ingredients.

I listed the brands I used for the nutritional info only. Use what you have on hand. Add fat free cheese avocado etc.
Mix it up and enjoy.
