    1 large tortilla (190 cals)
    25 g spinach (fresh)
    33 g cucumbers (sliced)
    20 g carrots (shredded)
    1 tbsp miracle whip
    33 g green bell pepper (in slices)
    27 g onion (in rings)
    1 plum tomato

Directions

This makes 1 serving! Smooth miracle whip on tortilla, layer with veggies. Add salt/pepper if desired. Roll tortilla up (like a burrito). Cut in half or enjoy whole!

    These are great. Tossed veggies in light balsalmic vinagrette--no miracle whip for a change up - 1/8/14
