Ingredients

    Turkish bread one slice per person
    Tomatoes - approx half per person
    Beetroot - a few slices per person
    Lettuce (or mixed green leaves to your liking)
    Spanish/red onion to garnish
    Sundried tomatoes - approx four to cover bread

Directions

Toast turkish bread
place sundried tomatoes, beetroot, lettuce on bread. Top with Steak after cooked to your liking. Top with diced tomatoes and onions (can caramalise onions if you like)
As it is an open sandwhich no bread needed to close it!
