Ingredients

    *Land O Lakes light butter with canola oil, 4 tbsp - melted
    Honey, 6 tbsp
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
    *Hodgson Mill Organic Oat Bran Flour, .25 cup
    *HyVee Old Fashioned Oats, .66 cup
    **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 3 tbsp
    Baking Soda, 2.5 tsp
    Egg, fresh - room temperature
    Lemon juice, .25 cup
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Yogurt, plain, low fat, 1 cup (8 fl oz)

Directions

Preheat oven to 375F, spray standard bread pan with non-stick spray.

1. mixed melted butter and honey together, set aside
2. sift together all dry ingredients, minus the oats, set aside
3. crush oats (I used pampered chef chopper) add to dry ingredients
4. add yogurt, egg and FRESH lemon juice to honey/butter mixture (these ingredients work BEST when all @ room temp.)
5. add dry ingredients enough to mix, pour in pan and bake for approximately 45 minutes.
