Ingredients

    1/2 frozen banana
    1/3 cup frozen mango chunks
    1/3 cup frozen pineapple chunks
    1/2 cup Dole Orange Peach Mango juice
    1/2 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt

Directions

Toss all ingredients into a blender and liquefy. Makes one 14 ounce smoothie; share with another for fewer calories.
