Ingredients
Country Choice Organic Irish Style Steel Cut Oats, 0.50 cup
Water, 2 cups
Pumpkin Pie spice, 1.5 tsp
Trader Joe's Organic Canned Pumpkin, 1/2 cup
Dole California Seedless Raisins, 1/4 cup
Kirkland Organic Vanilla Soymilk, 2 oz
Trader Joe's Organic Maple Syrup (Grade A Dark Amber), 2 tbsp
Directions
Bring 2 cups water to boil in pot
Stir in steel cut oats and 1.5 tsp pumpkin pie spice.
When oatmeal thickens (about 5 min) add 1/2 cup of canned pumpkin and stir. Turn heat down and let oatmeal simmer until done, about 25 minutes.
Stir in 1/4 cup raisins, 2 tbsp maple syrup, and 2 oz vanilla soymilk.
Enjoy!
