Introduction
Easy to fix casserole that my family loves. My son-in-law loves this and he is from Spanish Heritage. This is not traditional Mexican food but great none the less. I hope you will enjoy this. Ingredients

Ground Turkey, 2 unit, yield from 1 lb raw (remove)
Stewed Tomatoes, 431 grams (remove)
Tomato Soup, 1.5 can (10.75 oz) (remove)
Canned Tomatoes, 4 cup (remove)
*Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, with green chilies, 2 cup (remove)
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
*Hormel Bacon Bits, 8 tbsp (remove)
*Velveeta Light Cheese Product, 4 oz (remove)
Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 1 cup, shredded (remove)
*Brown Rice, long grain, 2 cup (remove)
White Rice, long grain, 2 cup (remove)
Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped (remove)
Directions
Brown ground turkey, onions and green peppers together.
Cook rice together per instructions.
When turkey, onions, and peppers are cooked, add all of the tomatoes and stir.
Prepare a large casserole dish.
Add rice and turkey mixtures together and stir. Add velveeta cut into cubes. Sprinkle with bacon bits and shredded cheese.
Bake at 350* for 45 minutes.
Serve with Louisiana Hot Sauce
