Ingredients

    1 tbsp, Canola Oil
    1 tsp, Crushed Garlic
    1/2 Cup, Shredded Gabbage (Napa or Red)
    1/4 Cup, Bamboo Shoots
    1/4 Cup, Waterchestnuts
    1/4 Cup, Mushrooms
    1/4 Cup, Shredded Carrots
    1/4 Cup, Sliced Onion (Red or Sweet)
    1/2 Cup, Red Pepper Sauce
    10, Raw Shrimp

Directions

Heat oil and garlic for 1 min.
Saute veggies on med/high heat for 3 minutes
Add shrimp and saute for 2-3 min. until shrimp are pink
Add sauce and saute for and additional 2 min.
Serve immediately
