Introduction

These are quick and easy to grab and go. I cook a dozen and then put in baggies in the fridge. My girls love them! These are quick and easy to grab and go. I cook a dozen and then put in baggies in the fridge. My girls love them!

Ingredients

    3 Eggs & 2 Egg Whites.
    8 slices of Canadian Bacon.
    1/4 Cup Canned mushrooms
    1/2 Med fresh tomato
    1/2C 2% Kraft Grated Cheese
    1 Cup of chopped Spinach
    1/2 C 1 % milk
    2 TBSP of Light Ranch Dressing
    2TBSP Light ranch dressing

Directions

1. combine eggs, milk and ranch dressing and whip up in Bullet. Add some spices of your choice.
2.Cut bacon slices in half and place around the muffin tin.
Add all remaining ingredients.
3.Cook at 375 for 25 Minutes. Serve with fresh fruit salad and a slice of Whole Wheat Toast.
