Ingredients

    1/4 cup fat free plain yogurt
    3 Tbsp fat-free dairy sour cream
    1 Tbsp skim milk
    1 tsp Dijon-style mustard
    1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (2 oz.)
    Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Directions

1. In a small bowl stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in blue cheese until mixture is almost smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper. If desired, cover and refrigerate up to 3 days.

Yield: 6 (2 tablespoon) servings.
