Ingredients
-
2 lbs Chicken Thighs
1 tsp Creole Seasoning (I use Tony Charchere's)
1 Sec Pam Original Seasoning
Directions
1. Clean and rinse off Chicken Thighs.
2. Sprinkle the Creole Seasoning onto the Chicken Thighs.
3. Let the Chicken Thighs sit for about 15 minutes or more.
4. Spray some Pam onto a griddle and then heat on high.
5. Place the Chicken Thighs onto the griddle and cook until juices run clear. Do not overcook.
After seasoning the Chicken Thighs, I will let them marinate with for at least 15 minutes. I will either cook half of the Chicken Thighs and save the rest for another day or cook everything so that I can have some cooked Chicken Thighs for later eating or to use in some different salads later in the week.
Because the Creole Seasoning has a lot of sodium, I do not use a lot. You can adjust the amount that you use if sodium is not a concern.
It's a low calorie protein source and has many uses.
