Introduction

This lasagna is made with lactose free mozzerella soy cheese and it is delicious! To lower the sodium use your own homemade pasta sauce, anything store bought in cans or jars has ridiculous amounts of sodium in it.

Ingredients

    1 lbs ground turkey (lean)
    1 entire 425 gram box of Catelli whole wheat lasagna noodles
    1 litre of no name pasta sauce (i used mushroom & garlic)
    1/3 cup parm cheese (grated)
    1 cup shredded mozzerella soy cheese product
    2 cloves garlic
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

brown ground turkey with garlic, salt & pepper

layer noodels & sauce & repeat
then layer ground turkey and half of cheese
make 2 more layers of noodels and sauce
top with remaining cheese

bake @ 350 degrees F - 50 minutes
