Whole Wheat Angel Hair Pasta, 16 oz
*Sesame seed oil, 4 tbsp
*Extra Light Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Flank Steak, 16 oz
*Sesame Seeds, 1 tbsp
Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
*Snow Peas, fresh, 0.5 cup
Garlic, 4 cloves
Brown Sugar, 8 tsp packed
*Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp
Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp
Directions
Makes 10 1 cup servings
Place soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, red pepper flakes and garlic powder in a small bowl and set aside.
prepare pasta as directed on the box. Once pasta is prepared, sesame oil to pasta and mix well. In a large skillet, place olive oil and cook onions, snow peas, and garlic cloves (sliced). Cook for two to three minutes. Then place the steak sliced in strips into the skillet with the vegetables and cook until done.
Once the meat and the vegetables are done, place the pasta with the mixture and stir well. Then mix in the soy sauce mixture into the skillet and cook for an additional two minutes well stirring. Be careful not to overcook noodles may break apart to easily. Cook using medium-high heat.
SERVE and enjoy.
