Ingredients

Apples, fresh, 6 cup, quartered or chopped (remove)
Cinnamon, ground, 3 tbsp (remove)
Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed (remove)
*pillsbury refridgerated pie crust 1/8, 8 serving (remove)
*Smuckers Sundae Syrup FF Caramel, 2 serving (remove)
Land O Lakes, Light Butter, Salted, 1 Tbsp, 8 serving (remove)
*oatmeal, Old Fashioned Quaker Oats (1/2 cup dry), 2 cup (remove)
*Flour, white, 1.5 cup (remove)
Granulated Sugar, 0.5 cup (remove)
Directions
cut apple into thin slices. toss with granulated sugar and cinnamon and place into the single pie crust fitted into the pie dish. place 3 tablespoons of cut up butter around randomly on top of the mixture.
Topping: melt remaining butter (5tbsp) and add brown sugar flour and oatmeal. stir with a fork to make crumbs. Then sprinkle the top of the pie with it covering it leaving tiny airholes and bake for 35 min in a 350 deg oven and cover the edges with tin foil. Then uncover the edges and bake another 30-35 minutes.
When you remove the pie, drizzle with the caramel syrup on top. **You can add pecans or almonds if you like. (Not figured into the recipie values!!.)
