Introduction

I love lasagna, but all the cheese and meat can add so many calories, so I took every ingredient of my traditional lasagna and traded it in for a healthier verison. Ingredients

20 oz. (1.25 lbs) Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey
1 box of Ronzoni Whole Wheat Lasagna Noodles
1 15 oz. container of Crystal Farms Low Fat Ricotta
1 jar of Ragu Light Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
1 bag (2 cups) of Crystal Farms Reduced Fat Mozarella Cheese

Directions

Preheat the oven to 375.

Cook noodles as instructed on package, and brown meat.

Combine ricotta, 1/4 cup of mozzarella, pasta sauce and cooked meat in bowl. Put a little bit of this mixture down in a 13 x 9 pan, then cover with noodles, then a layer of sauce mixture, then a thin layer of cheese, and then more noodles. Keep this up until you run noodles and sauce. You should be able to put a thin layer of cheese on the very top of all of the layers.

I really prefer for my lasagna to be bubbly, so I cook it for 35 mins covered with foil, and 20 uncovered.

Enjoy!!
