Ingredients
6 sheets of nori
2 cups of uncooked white rice (4 cooked)
4tbs of white rice vinegar
4 tsp of white sugar
.5 of a peeled avocado
1 carrot thinly sliced
9 chunks of imitation crab meat
4 tbsp of light mayo
6 tbsp of soya sauce
Directions
Cook rice as directed on package, when the rice is finished add the vinegar and sugar and mix well (you want the rice to be sticky).
While the rice is cooking chop avocado and carrot into thin slices.
Mince the Imation crab meat and add the mayo
Once the rice is cooled spread the rice over the nori and add at one end of the nori paper add a slice of carrot, put a thin line of crab meat down and then place the avocado on top of this. Roll the nori paper tightly to hold it together (it should look like a pinwheel) wet the edges of the roll to help hold it together.
Slice with a serrated knife each roll should give you 6-9 pieces depending on the thickness of the roll
Top with wasabi and soya souce
each roll usally gets 1 tbsp of soya sauce and a dab of wasabi
