1/2 cup Splenda for baking
1 cup applesauce
2 eggs beaten
1 cup prune juice
1 cup prunes (chopped)
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp ground cloves
2 tsp allspice
Directions
mix ingredients in order as listed. bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees in 9 x 9 pan coated with non-stick spray. let cool completely. Enjoy!!
