Ingredients

3 Avocadoes, diced
3 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh or bottled, to prevent discoloration
3 roma tomatoes, diced
1 teaspoon garlic, crushed
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
Directions
Dice the tomatoes and put into a medium bowl.
Peel and dice the avocadoes and add to the tomatoes in the bowl.
Immediately add the 3 teaspoons of lemon juice to the tomato-avocado mixture and mix well.
Add the garlic, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and mix well. Chill until ready to serve. Best when served immediately.
Yield is 3 cups. Nutrition information assumes a 1/3 cup serving size.
