Introduction

This is the way I make both fish sticks and chicken strips. This is the way I make both fish sticks and chicken strips.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1lb fish or chicken
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup ground flax
    1 egg
    italian seasonings

Directions

Cut the fish into strips.
Beat the egg in a bowl.
Combine the dry ingredients in another bowl.
Dip the fish into the egg, flip to coat.
Dip the fish into the breading, flip to coat.
Place on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper and cook for 30 minutes at 350.
