Ingredients

    2 tbs butter
    1 onion
    4 oz cod
    fresh parsley to taste
    14 oz canned cannellini beans
    1.5 cup milk
    1 cups thinly sliced potatoes

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350. Lightly grease a casserole dish with a little butter.Arrange the onion on the bottom and cover with strips of cod. Sprinkle with parsley, add salt and pepper. Add the beans, pour in the milk. Arrange the potatoe slices overlapping them slightly to cover the surface. Dot with butter.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until potatoes are crispy and golden. Garnish with parsley.
