Ingredients

1 lb. Organic Ground Turkey
1 Can Organic Red Kidney Beans
1 Organic Red Bell Pepper, Diced into small pieces.
1 Packet McCormicks/Old El Paso Taco Seasoning* This can be substituted for your favorite low sodium seasoning if your dietary needs require lower sodium*
1/2 cup water
2 avocados (1/2 for each serving)
4 Tomatos (1 for each serving)
Better than Sour Cream Tofutti
Directions
In a medium skillet, brown the turkey on medium high heat. When mostly cooked, add the drained kidney beans and diced red pepper. Stir until bell pepper is soft.
Add 1/2 a cup of water and the Taco seasoning to the mixture.
Divide chili mixture into four servings; store what you do not intend to eat in the fridge for up to five days.
Top each serving with a half of a sliced avocado, a quartered tomato, and 1 tbsp of tofutti. Mix until tofutti is blended.
