    Fire Roasted Tomatoes, 1.5 cup
    Onions, raw, .5 large
    Spinach, fresh, 2 cup
    Red Wine, 2 fl oz
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), .5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia)
    No Yolk Broad Noodles, 4 oz
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup, pieces or slices
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 20 cherry, halved
    Crab Supreme, imitation crab meat, 1 cup
    Italian seasoning
    .5 cup parm cheese


Mix veggies, wine, garlic, and Italian seasoning in pan. Cover and cook on medium for 20 minutes.

Cook noodles as directed on package.

Uncover veggies, add crab, cook for 10 more minutes. Drain off excess liquid.

Toss together, mix in cheese, serve hot.
