Introduction

Yum! I use 1 lb imitation or real crab meat. Yum! I use 1 lb imitation or real crab meat.

Ingredients

    1 lb Crabmeat
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
    1/2 cup light mayo
    2 tbsp chives, minced
    1 tbsp dijon mustard
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tsp celery seed
    1 tsp onion powder
    1/4 tsp ground pepper
    1/2 tsp hot sauce (few dashes) - I use siracha
    1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 tbsp butter, unsalted

Directions

1 - mix all ingredients except oil and butter into a large bowl. Form into six patties once mixed.
2 - heat oil and butter in skillet over medium heat. cook patties until golden brown (3-5 min each side).

We serve with skinny buns and a leaf of romaine.
