Introduction

This is one of my favorite winter soups. Very basic and has texture of cream of wheat. I also eat it for breakfast. Ingredients

    3 cups nonfat milk
    1lb head cauliflower chopped
    1 TBSP Garam Masala



Directions

bring milk and Garam Masala to gentle boil stirring often, add cauliflower, turn down heat and simmer 15-20 minutes or until tender (stir often).
Remove from heat and transfer to blender or vitamix.
serve hot.
makes 4 serving. (approx. 1.5 cups per serving)
