Ingredients

    Perdue Ground Chicken 16 oz.
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 1 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 small
    Canned Tomatoes, 1 cup
    cumin 1 tsp
    garam masala 1 tsp
    curry madras (mild) 1 tsp
    Ginger Root, 3 tsp
    Garlic, 3 cloves

    Yogurt, plain, skim milk 2 T
    Olive Oil, .25 cup

    Roti Paratha - Onion
    Cabbage, fresh, 6 cup, shredded
    Olive Oil, 6 1tsp
    balsamic vinegar, 6 tablespoon

Directions

1.Add to bowl .5 cup bread crumbs, cumin, G masala, curry
2.Finely chop garlic, onion, ginger, tomatoes
3.Add chopped vegs & yogurt, ground chickn to bowl
4. Mix to combine all ingredients
5.Shape into 18 patties
6.Coat patties w/ reserved 1/2 bread crumbs
6.Heat 2 T of Oil in nonstick pan
7.Add 6 patties at a time
8.Brown both sides(5 mins on each side)
9.Add reserved oil to pan as needed
10.Remove cooked patties to papertowel lined plate
11. Make sandwich w/ patties/chopped cabbage, oil/vin
