Ingredients

    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c ricotta
    1/2 c whey protein
    1 t baking powder
    1/4 t salt

Directions

Mix until smooth the eggs with the ricotta. Whisk in the rest of the ingredients. Over medium heat, cook pancakes until golden brown. Makes about 25 small pancakes.
