    * Apples, fresh, 2 cup slices
    * Homemade granola cereal, 2 cup
    * Honey, 1/4 cup
    * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    * Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp


Spray inside of a 3-4 quart crock pot with non-stick cooking spray. Combine apples, granola and cinnamon in the crock pot and mix well. Stir together honey and butter and drizzle over apple mixture. Mix gently. Cover crock pot and cook on low for 5-7 hours until apples are tender. Great served with fruit yogurt (not counted in recipe calculator).
