Introduction

Ingredients

    Bacon, 4 medium slices, chopped
    3 tbsp Cider Vinegar
    1 packet Splenda
    1/2 tsp. Dijon Mustard
    1 tsp. Fresh Ground Pepper

Directions

1. In a skillet brown the bacon until crisp over medium heat.
2. Turn off the heat
3. Spoon out bacon onto paper towel to drain leaving the fat in the pan.
4. Wisk in other ingredients into hot bacon fat
5. Stir in bacon pieces and pour over salad

    Very Good
    I didn't have any dijon mustard, and I used sugar instead of Splenda. It was VERY good! I think restaurant hot bacon dressing has some sort of thickener, but this clung nicely to the spinach leaves anyway. - 3/29/16
