Ingredients

1.3 lb Publix Ground Turkey Breast 4oz, 20.8 oz
    1/2 med Onion, chopped
    1/2 c Green Peppers, chopped
1/2 c Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, chopped
    5 cloves Garlic, chopped
1 box Old El Paso Stand 'n Stuff Taco Dinner Kit (10 Tacos)
    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
All purpose seasoning or salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In a skillet, saute the onion, peppers, and garlic in the olive oil. Stir in the seasoning mix, and add more to taste if needed. I find that turkey meat requires more seasoning than beef, but this is a personal preference.

Heat taco shells according to directions on box (in preheated 325 oven for 6-7 minutes).

I account for this recipe per taco, which equals 10 servings. I like this best over a large bed of lettuce which makes a nice taco salad. Make sure you account for any lettuce, tomato, salsa, etc. separately. Enjoy!
