Ingredients

    16 oz pasta, any kind
    1 can tuna
    1 c. skim milk
    1 1/2 c. frozen peas
    2 tsp. Molly McButter (or another butter substitute)
    1/2 oz shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Boil the pasta

Combine the tuna, milk, and butter substitute. Heat on medium until boiling, add peas and stir.

Combine all ingredients into an oven safe casserole dish. Add the shredded cheese to the top and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
