    15 oz can pure pumpkin
    1 regular sized tub cool whip
    1 small box sugar free fat free vanilla pudding mix
    1 t pumpkin pie spice

Directions

Fold all ingredients together, chill 2 hours. Makes 8 servings. Perfect for all the taste of pumpkin pie, but with only a fraction of the calories!
