Introduction
Buying frozen really saves a lot of time and is really quite inexpensive. Found this to be quite tasty as well.Topping this chowder off w/ a 1/4 cup of Shredded chedder made this a really great tasting chowder. Ingredients

1 C diced onions(frozen) 1c hash browns(frozen)
1C diced peppers(frozen) 2 cps frozen corn
2 tbl Olive Oil 1 can cream corn
2 cans light chicken broth 1 tbl chili powder
2c diced rutabagas(frozen) 1 tsp paprika
2C diced Butternut squash(frozen) salt and pepper to taste
2tbl flour
2C diced skinless chicken breast
Directions
Saute peppers and onions in pan along with olive oil. In large stock pot add chicken broth, reserving 1/2 a can for later and heat thru. Once the onions and peppers are heated thru, add squash, rutabagar, and hash browns. Heat thru once again. Add to stock pot. Add frozen corn and cream corn to pot. Add chicken, paprika and chil powder.
Heat til bubbly. Put reserve chicken broth and 2 tbl of flour in container and shake. Add to pot. Stir until thicken. Salt and pepper to taste. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
