Ingredients

1 can - Pinto Beans: Private Selection Organic
4T - Nutritional Yeast: Large Flake
1/2t - Chili powder
1/4t - Cumin (ground)
1/8t - Cayenne Pepper (Ground)
1/4t - Kosher Salt
1/4t - Dried Chili Flakes
1/4t - Dried Oregano
1/2T - Dried Onion Flakes
1/4c - Water
1/2T - Lime Juice
Directions
Makes 16 1 Tablespoon Servings
-This is pretty low calorie for beans so feel free to use as much as your caloric intake allows...
Combine all the in ingredients in a sauce pan on low to medium heat. Mix well and then once the beans are warm mash them up. I use a potato masher but rock out. I pretty much just cook it until the Onion flakes have re-hydrated.

Didn't see onion flakes listed. I love spicy foods so this will satisfy my cravings for hot foods. You might also try putting in 1/2 can of rotel tomatoes. - 11/21/09
