Introduction
This simple breakfast is high in protein and gives you whole grains without the need of toast as the oats form a crust, satisfies the craving for bread. Ingredients

Cooking Spray
3 Egg Whites
1 Egg Yolk
1/4 C Quick Oats
1 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
1. Spray skillet with cooking spray, heat over medium-high heat.
2. Add eggs
3. Before the Eggs set too much, sprinkle oats over them so they stick to the eggs, Salt & Pepper to taste
4. Flip eggs when ready, after 2-3 minutes
5. Cook additional 2 minutes
6. Remove from skillet and put on plate, oats side up
7. Drizzle Syrup over eggs
For a different kick, substitute Syrup with hot sauce, I really like Tabasco Green Pepper Sauce.
