Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    Package ground turkey breast
    1/2 cup italian sausage meat
    1 egg
    1/4 c egg beaters

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Drop spoonfuls into hot non stick pan. Cook about 6 min per side til well browned. Should make about 16. Can be used for dinner or for quick high protein snacks.

    Incredible!
    Absolutely delicious. I used olive oil because i don't have a non-stick pan. It's like a little shot of protein, which I never get enough of. The amounts could have been clearer. - 8/19/11
