Introduction

Very quick and easy; This is the pumpkin pie I eat without crust. Very quick and easy; This is the pumpkin pie I eat without crust.

Ingredients

    1 tsp apple pie spice
    1/4 tsp allspice
    1/2 tsp ground ginger
    2 eggs
    1/3 cup Splenda
    3 tbsp Splenda brown sugar blend, packed
    1/4 cup all purpose flour
    1 cup powder dry milk
    3/4 cup water

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Prepare a 8-inch square glass cooking dish with cooking spray and set aside.

Mix all ingredients except water until well blended; then add water and mix until combined. Gradually add in water. Pour into prepared baking dish.

Bake for approximately 55-60 minutes until knife inserted im middle comes out clean. Cool completely before serving.
