    1 cup onion, finely chopped
    1 sm brick colby jack cheese
    1 package (10 ounce) chopped broccoli
    1 package turkey breast cubes
    1 cup cottage cheese
    1 cup cheddar cheese diced
    2 cups whole milk
    1 whole tomato diced
    1 can (10 3 /4 ounce) cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 /2 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
