Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 box moist yellow cake mix
    1 15oz can pumpkin puree
    1.5 c confectioner's sugar
    3 Tbsp apple Cider
    1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Directions

With hand mixer, mix cake mix and pumpkin puree until well blended. It is a thick batter.
Pour into a 7x11 baking dish (small pyrex rectangle)
Bake at 350F for 28 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Remove cake from oven and let sit for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix powdered sugar, cider, and spice to make the glaze.
Invert cake onto a platter. Using a fork, poke holes into the top. Drizzle glaze over the cake.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
Makes 12 servings.

    This is very good. I probably won't make it again unless I have company to eat it. Too much temptation & too many calories for me to have around. - 11/26/09
