3 medium size sweet potatoes
2 large eggs
1 cup sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp cinnimon
1 1/2 cubes butter
Directions

Preheat oven 325 deg.
Boil potatoes until tender, peel and mash while hot. Add sugar, spices, and butter to mashed potatoes. Beat eggs and add. Add enough milk so it looks like a custard. Put in undone pie shells.
Bake for 1 hour
