Ingredients

1 medium carrot
1 medium onion
1 clove of garlic
1/4 cup white rice
1 cup lobster
3 kraft free cheese slices
1tbsp margarine
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. ground savory
Directions
Put carrot,onion,garlic and rice in a pot.Bring to a boil, then turn down heat and simmer for 1-1/2 hours.Add remaining ingredients and stir until cheese is melted.
Makes 5 to 6 servings.

COUSINCAROL
Seems like you can't boil carrot,onion,garlic and rice and then simmer for 1 1/2 hours. What type of liquid are we using. - 10/15/09

You use water and whatever spices you like it is up to you then before serving if you like you can add milk or cream and a little butter,You can adjust it to your taste.
