A quick and healthy way to satisfy your pizza craving. A quick and healthy way to satisfy your pizza craving.

    1 Whole Wheat Pita Bread
    2 Fresh Mushrooms
    3 Slices of Bell Pepper
    2 Tbsp of Sliced Black Olives
    3/8 Cup of Fat-Free Mozzarella Cheese (separated)
    1 Tbsp Pizza Sauce
    Olive Oil


Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Drizzle Pita Bread very lightly with Olive Oil. Place in oven for 5 minutes. Spread Pizza Sauce evenly on pita. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of Mozzarella cheese on sauce. Add your desired toppings (I used mushrooms, bell pepper and olives). Top with remaining mozzarella.
