    1 c. All purpose flour
    3/4 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1/3 c. canola oil
    1 c. cranberries, rough chopped
    1/2 c. walnuts, rough chopped


Makes 12 1-muffin servings.
Mix dry ingredients, add wet ingredients. Don't over mix. fold in chopped cranberries and wlanuts. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
